    RLC is great for colds. Rub on chest and back. Also food for sore joints, belly ache and headache.

    Cons:
    The RLC has done wonders. I had dry cracked hands and put triple antibiotic on and any other cream we had with no results. This cream helped right away. It has the right name. We also us it for sores muscles, including our horses.
